Silo (“Silo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a local-first app for managing client and case records. We designed Silo so core data stays on your device.
We do not operate a cloud backend for your client/case content.
Client records, case notes, tasks, and attached documents are stored locally on your device.
We do not collect or transmit your case content to our own servers.
If you make or restore an in-app purchase, Apple processes the transaction.
We may receive limited purchase metadata from Apple (for example, product identifier and purchase status) to unlock or restore your entitlement.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
Silo may request device permissions (such as Photos, Camera, or Microphone) only to support features you initiate (for example, attaching documents/media).
This data is processed and stored locally by the app.
Silo uses local security controls, including:
No security method is perfect, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a local-first app.
